Founded in 2011, JCI Bulgaria is a dynamic organization that brings the global JCI mission to life at local and national level. In just over a decade, we have built a strong community of young leaders, delivered impactful projects, and contributed to positive change in business, society, and leadership development across the country.

JCI Bulgaria Milestones
2010
JCI Bulgaria was initiated by a group of people willing to create a leadership network in Bulgaria.
2011
JCI Bulgaria was officially founded. JCI Sofia was the first local organisation.
2012
Two new local organisations were established - JCI Varna and JCI Plovdiv, allowing to apply for next affiliation level.
2014
JCI Bulgaria became fully affiliated to JCI at the JCI World Congress in Leipzig, Germany.
2018
JCI Bulgaria had its first elected international officer - European Development Council Councilor
2019
JCI Bulgaria hosted first time an official international JCI event - the JCI European Presidents Meeting.
2020
JCI Bulgaria had its first international Board of Directors member - Vice President.
2025
JCI Bulgaria had its first international Executive Committee member - Executive Vice President.
