Each edition is built around real-life business case studies, often connected to starting a new job and navigating the challenges of a new professional environment. Participants are invited to analyze situations, discuss possible approaches, and explore the consequences of different management decisions.

Rather than offering ready-made answers, Management Talks encourages active participation, reflection, and discussion – helping attendees experience what it means to think and act as a manager, often for the first time.

Business Through the Eyes of...

Event series that explores entrepreneurship and professional paths through shared perspectives and lived experience.

Each edition brings together speakers who have something meaningful in common – whether it’s starting a business at a similar age, working within the same field (such as art, creative industries, or niche sectors), or navigating comparable challenges in their professional journey.

The format encourages open conversation, reflection, and inspiration – helping participants broaden their perspective on what “business” can look like and discover paths they may not have previously considered.

By leveraging the international network of JCI, the event invites experienced professionals and speakers from different countries to share expertise across a wide range of business topics. Through knowledge sharing and open discussion, International Business Talks supports business development, cross-cultural learning, and the exchange of ideas that help participants think more globally and act more strategically.

Marketing Talks

Discussion-based event series focused on marketing practice and brand development, built around conversations with experienced marketing professionals.

Each edition features an in-depth talk with a guest who shares real-world experience, insights, and lessons learned from their professional journey as a marketer. Skills, Learning & Career

JCI Open Day

Interactive introductory event designed to give participants a real sense of what JCI is, what it stands for, and what opportunities it offers.

Rather than being a purely informational session, the event combines an overview of JCI with engaging elements such as short trainings, keynote talks, or hands-on activities. This allows participants to experience JCI’s learning-by-doing approach and the type of value members gain through active involvement.

By creating an open and welcoming space for dialogue and interaction, JCI Open Day helps potential members understand how they can be part of the organization, develop their skills, and contribute to meaningful initiatives. The event serves as a first step into the JCI community and its culture of leadership and impact.

Level Up

Skill-focused event series designed to help participants develop essential soft skills that are increasingly expected in today’s professional environment.

While employers often look for qualities such as teamwork, adaptability, communication, and presentation skills, these competencies are rarely taught in depth through formal education. Level Up challenges the idea that soft skills are something you either “have or don’t have” and shows that they can be developed through the right guidance, practice, and reflection.

Through practical examples, discussion, and real-life insights drawn from both theory and experience, participants build a foundation for strengthening skills that are valuable not only in their careers, but also in everyday life.

JCI Ask Me Anything

Discussion-based event series that puts the spotlight on JCI Bulgaria members and their professional journeys beyond the organization. Each edition invites members to share what they do, how they got there, and what drives them professionally. The focus is on real stories and diverse perspectives.

The format encourages open conversation and curiosity, giving participants the chance to ask questions freely.

By showcasing its members, JCI Ask Me Anything strengthens community connection and inspires meaningful exchange. Participants gain insight into different career paths and industries through peer-to-peer dialogue. The series celebrates the people and experiences that shape the JCI community.
