Entrepreneurship Academy
Intensive learning initiative designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs in developing the knowledge, mindset, and practical skills needed to take their first steps into the world of business.
Through a combination of lectures, hands-on workshops, and mentoring sessions, participants explore the early stages of entrepreneurship – from shaping and validating ideas to turning them into viable business concepts and confidently presenting them to others.
The academy is open to high school students, university students, recent graduates, and small business owners who want to strengthen their entrepreneurial thinking and gain practical insight into starting and growing a business.
ACT: Active Citizens Transformation
Academy designed to support active citizens and NGO members in planning and implementing meaningful, sustainable community projects.
It introduces practical project planning and management tools used by Junior Chamber International worldwide, adapted to the needs of the non-profit sector. Participants learn how to design initiatives based on real community needs, with clear objectives, measurable results, and long-term impact.
Through an interactive academy and follow-up project implementation, participants apply the JCI Action Framework in practice, developing their own projects with the support of JCI.
JCI Balkan Academy
Regional leadership and development academy focused on strengthening the growth and sustainability of JCI organizations in the Balkan region.
The academy brings together participants from multiple national organizations to explore strategies, activities, and projects that support organizational development at both local and national level. Through collaborative work and shared regional perspectives, participants address common challenges and opportunities specific to the region.
Hosted in partnership by several national organizations, it creates a space for learning, exchange, and cooperation, supporting stronger, more resilient JCI organizations across the Balkans.
Z Academy
Two-day leadership academy designed for young people who are motivated to grow, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
The academy combines inspirational sessions on leadership, active citizenship, and volunteering with a strong practical focus. Participants explore how they can recognize opportunities, contribute to society, and create positive change through personal engagement and teamwork.
During the practical part of the academy, participants work in teams with the support of mentors to develop and present ideas aimed at improving the world around them. It encourages young leaders to believe in their potential and take their first steps toward meaningful impact.
JCI Professional Trainings
Skill-focused learning sessions designed to support personal and professional development across a wide range of business and leadership topics.
The trainings cover areas such as management, communication, business development, creativity, emotional intelligence, networking, and working with talent in a changing professional environment. Each session combines practical insight, real-world examples, and interactive elements that encourage reflection and application.
Delivered by experienced professionals and trainers, these trainings provide participants with tools they can immediately apply in their work and daily interactions. The focus is on developing competencies that support sustainable growth, effective leadership, and meaningful professional relationships.
JCI European Academy
Flagship leadership academy and a transformative experience designed for emerging leaders within JCI Europe.
The academy combines personal development with practical leadership tools, preparing participants to take on leadership roles and create positive impact at local, national, and international level. Graduates go on to become confident, value-driven leaders who contribute to stronger organizations, communities, and professional environments.
Held annually as an intensive multi-day experience, the academy brings together participants from across Europe and is delivered by some of the region’s most experienced and inspiring trainers.
